I have never given Pedialyte but I would say its safe, if a dog is not getting liquids especially if it is pregnant they need electrolytes so if pedialyte is the only thing you have that is great i had an emergency and had to use gatorade lol but ...

Just curious, how do you have enough time/money/pacience(sp?) to keep 19 dogs healthy and happy, and also buy food for yourself and pay bills?
