Well I think the best thing to do is spay her, she's already having the common gsd problems, and this was her first litter! And the male was a first timer too so the defect must have been in their parents. Thanks for the advice

Yes that part struck me to, I've had pits before both with natural tails but then again some people get them docked to make them look vicious...
