they have one of those at my work (assited living) and I can not figure out how to use the attatchments. I don't really like it either, but then again Im not vaccuming up pet hair at an assisted living. I guess my $50 vacuum works well enough for me....

he is very patient. Otis on the other hand was not letting the bunny ears happen. Don't worry though, he had the ears on for all of a minute before he took them off very graciously. (otis tried eating them)
