my dog does this too. I have talked to my trainer and she had me try walking away and ignoring him whn he bites us but it's not working. I am going to talk to her tomorrow at class, i will see what she says and let you know! I am also open to suggest...

please take your dog to the vet. This happend to my dog, he had his shots before i got him and was acting happy and energetic but low and behold he had a severe case of coccidia and girardia.
