The way I understand it is you can have 6 litters of 15 pups each with out a USDA license. However, if you have 2 pups in each litter, then you can have more then 6 liters until you reach a total of 25 pups. So you could have 12 litters of 2 pups e...

The main problem with this bill is that it will force breeders to comply with the USDA rules that were written for large commercial kennels. These rules were never meant for residential breeders. Most won’t be able to comply with many of these rule...
