How old is your dog? I'm not quite sure about the sound exactly. Is it almost like a funny sounding cough or something? How did the vet diagnose the pnemonia? Was there an x-ray done or was it by sound?

I do c-section and start taking temp day 59 from the first of two (unless I see a reason that I might be more comfortable doing so earlier) :-). Most other people I know count from the first as well. Good luck!
