This happened today and it makes me so mad, First why would this lady leave a puppy out around her one month old while she was sleeping? And why did they have to put this PUPPY down??

Ummm I would say if it is vomiting blood... get it to the vet, that wouldn't be due to dehydration... GET TO YOUR VET ASAP

I would suggest taking in a stool sample. That could let you know what is causing the loose stools. He may need wormed again. It also could be food, what are you feeding him?

Well, I had to do 2 feedings, but then the mom and dad took over (or they have for the moment)

For those of you that know, back in September, we had a house fire. We lost our beloved cockatiels in that fire. Well all my kids wanted was there cockatiels again! Especially my 5 year old, his was prince and he just LOVED his cockatiel.
