Have you tried using any OTC sleep aids... if you have and it makes you still drowsy in the morning then try tylenol pm.... works great :)

In Indiana it goes by city, for example my town you do have to license which is like 10 a year or you can buy a lifetime if they are fixed. If you register your dog and they are not fixed it is 100 per year, and you are only allowed to have 1 unreg...
