Crate training is one of the easier ways to help house train dogs. for two dogs i would think one crate w/ the divider would be fine put one on one side and one on the other. they only really need enough space to turn around and lay down and thats it...

Bitter Apple spray works pretty good, spray on things that you catch the puppy chewing on that it shouldnt be. first chap your hands and say no loudly short of in a scaring way it sounds mean but its not hurting the dog and just gets there attention....
