Eh, I would spay her. You said yourself puppies would be too much for you to handle. Get her spayed and you won't have to worry about the pups.

We used to have a dog with horrible ear infections, I have used the medicine before and it doesn't work AT ALL. It just leaves their ears oily for days and makes them smell even worse.
