I WAS IGNORANT TO THE SCAMMING ON THE INTERNET.... THAT WAS UNTIL
2 WEEKS AGO, AND THE GUY IS STILL TELLING ME HE IS SENDING MY MONEY.......ANYONE THAT WANTS HIS ADDRESS I WILL SEND IT TO THEM

What happens if I pay for my puppy and then can't get the
breeder or kennel to send her, and upping the shipping costs, and
going out of the country?
I am just sick, can someone tell me what to do?
