Try putting him in a room with a moppable (sp) floor and gate him in. A kitchen or sunroom maybe. Some wher he can be out of the cage for a while. When i leave I put mine in the sun room. No hazards there acutally it could be classified as the...

Thanks Bella!! I may try the shaving him later. I am going to try the sampoo and the oils first and the i may have him shaved and just buy him clothes. I buy them for my little dog why not for the big one too. My husband will stroke over that ...

Personally I love minature schnauzers!!!! I have 1. She has been great with my kids and my other dog ( lab) as well. I got her when my daughter was 10 months. My children are now 3-9-& 14. And our schnauzer is still the perfect choice/

Did you try putting store bought puppy formula over the dry food. Keep the mom away for longer periods of time they should be able to do without the mom by now. A lot of people start selling puppies at 6 weeks -- and they are eating fine. Maybe ...

How do I find out if it is low zinc? Blood test? Are there any tests I could have run on him to see if there could be a medical reason for such excessive shedding. Like I said he really may not shed as much as I think but it is driving me crazy!...

My Lab snores pretty loud ... not as loud as my husband. My schnauzer grunts. To be honest when I hear snoring i get sleepy.....dogs or husband

I have to admit that I bought one of these for my dog. Ater I have read all of these posts. I think I am gonna give it to my neighbors dog. - haha. His dog stays outside most of the time -- he will not notice the smell...
