I would go to a high quality kibble (not something bland like Ol Roy) and offer it. If the dog does not eat within 20 minutes, pick it up.

Unless it is posing a health or safety problem, I would not have them removed. They can be done, but it is now going to be much more painful now that they are adults.

If it is a major concern, speak with your vet for advice.

Yes, it is generally too late to have it done now. It would be a more invasive surgery at this age.

I am not sure which registry you have your pup from, but ingeneral, any names in red indicate a champion title in either conformation or obedience.
Check to see if the names in red all have the prefix 'CH' in front of their name.
