Was just wondering if anybody on this board was going to the Albany, OR. dog show this weekend? Our Toy Poodle boy Beamer is enetered and going for majors both days...

As Sue said, his hair hasn't matured yet. You can tell in the pics he has fine hair typical of a white poodle. The hair doesn't mature until about a year. Bichons are what you call ice white. No cream what so ever as your boy has.

Is Drake your kennel name or the kennel name of the breeder you're buying from?

We had a brown standard named Hershey's Kiss and a call name of Kisses.

By the way, there is no chocolate in poodles, they are brown.

I've also heard that some of the most spectacular litters come from father/daughter breedings. Linebreeding is VERY common in show breeders, and with less populated breeds, there is much less choice in breeding, especially for show quality.
