Rescuedogs, It is not always the owners fault. Any dog can be unpredictable in the right circumstance, no matter how well they are trained.

Pretty dog. Hope she continues to be a wonderful dog. Agian though, the ones that have attacked are generally good family dogs that "would never hurt anyone."
