She has been on glucosamine since Feb., just after she had femoral hip surgery for Legg Perthes disease. The operation was on her left rear leg. The right rear leg is the one that now has fluid on the knee.

How frequently are you taking her out of the crate?
When you are trying to housebreak a young puppy, you need to take her outside every couple hours and always after eating and drinking. Be consistent and take her out frequently.
