I didn't think Arizona had a humidity problem. We visited Phoenix a few years ago in the summer. It was very, very hot, but since the humidity was low, it felt like we were in a sauna!

The temperatures have been in the low-mid 90s, but with the humidity combined, the "real feel" is often over 100 degrees! Whew, too hot!
