Our previous trainer's GSD was like that... he'd come to the puppy classes and if they'd get out of hand he'd reprimand them.

Most likely a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (pure). I dont see any of the other breeds mention in him/her..

For now, you could put a harness on her. Those are pretty hard to slip out of.
