I don't know whether he is a dog or puppy or what kind of breed. Puppies and sometimes even older dogs can take awhile to adjust to a new place and people, and sometimes in the summer the big breeds will go off feed and can go even up to three days ...

Is she eating and drinking normally? Take her temp; anything higher than 102.5 is sign of infection. If she's eating and caring for the litter without signs of distress she should be fine.
