I couldn't email you directly - your user id does not accept emails - I also had issues with PWB customer service more than once - The reason you can only purchase Tripsy from them is because THEY make it - why should they let a middleman get involve...

I honestly noticed no difference in using the Tripsy, IMO, I also gave the remainder to my friend for use on their cat, and it did nothing. Truthfully, 3 months of use sounds more of a vitamin regimen than a treatment. Again, IMO, it is just a high c...

Also, blood work could rule out thyroid issues - that would cause dry skin and the itchies

Have you tried a product called Nupro? It's a supplement made for senior dogs, I give it to my lab mix, and it seems to improve her overall health. Try on Pet Food Direct dot com, Nupro Senior formula or Nupro Silver (Senior), Same thing
