One of my males had the acne, quite bad, with the chin all swollen and I shaved it and did the meds and he doesn't have it anymore.

Make sure the kitten has no diarrhea, vomiting or intestinal parasites.You can always try different food. Royal canine, Eukanuba are the best brands.
