by the way I live in the sticks. In the adirondacks. where I am at the closest city is an hour north and 1 1/2 south. the closest is plattsburgh. they don't have a lot to choose from. I guess I'll check some shelters up there too.

I saw a b-e-a-utiful pom, and she seemed shy and quiet. can someone who has or knows about them tell about the dog. I think it would be a nice addition to the family. Just as a playmate and another female in the house to even it out!
the cat works with him. he will get on the table and counters and knock stuff off. I come out and they are fighting over the butter they stole off the table; now the cat stays in the kennel with him at night or if its a time out.
