I personally have had a recluse bite. My doctor gave me a steroid treatment and a steroid based cream. It worked well for me. Not sure if they would do that for a dog, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

If you dont' think the treatment is work...

I'm like Ali-I NEVER bargain for anything-ever. Guess it was how I was raised.

ICY-I'm going through the same thing right now. I have a puppy that I believe may be 1-2 # over the standard. However, the price that I have him advertised fo...

Chels-I also have shown horses for years. Where I would show, it did make a huge difference on who was showing. The biggest thing that I HATED was the people who used the fake tails and were too lazy to weave them in. It came down to me and other h...

LPN-Could you refresh me as to what breed you show??
I wish there were more UKC shows here, would LOVE to do them. I don't like the handler thing either. I always felt that it should be the owner handling so they can say they own a champion do...

Maybe that only applies to Dog Auctions that the auction company has to be licensed by the USDA. Good question.

Chels-please read my previous post. DNA certs are not required in all cases. IN fact, unless the breeder has more bred the male 7 or more times, they do not require a DNA test. Now, breeders can randomly submit the DNA to have on file, so if they h...

LPN-not sure if you mean me or not, but I've only heard of them, so I'm not sure of any sites.

If it is a general auction and the AKC is not represented there, then I think they'll lose their AKC privledges as well as forfeit the papers....
