You are not entitled to anything!
You should have been responsible enough to have him neutered when he was your pet-PERIOD. Let alone neutering him before he left.

In Nebraska, we recently passed a law stating that no puppy or kitten may be sold until 8 weeks of age, with shelters being excempt.

Problem is, I still see all sorts of ads. A law is only as good as it can be enforced.

Stud service with a bulldog can be a difficult topic. As you may or may not realize, most breedings with English Bulldogs are done Artificial Insemination.

I remember reading a post not long ago about monarch butterfly tagging. I had never heard of it before, but now am going to get set up for next year with seeding an area and tagging.

After I heard this, I went in and did some checking on PETA's website. You know what I find amazing is how they edit their content to show only the PC things.
They don't mention about recent fires killing calves so they wouldn't be sex slaves,...
