I wasn't saying that a discussion should take place as much as a quick scolding to make sure the dog is aware that that is not ok. If your dog does something else not acceptable do you not scold in any matter?

Based upon your previous post I assume you are a breeder. Right now I am curious as to how much time you have spent at a shelter? How much interaction you have had with shelter dogs?

To be honest, I find calling shelter dogs "second hand" ...

With all due respect I fully disagree that pit bulls were "dumped" at the shelter for doing something wrong. Or anything dog did something wrong for that manner. Esp. in times like these many dogs are brought to a shelter due to foreclosure or a chan...
