Ask your Vet that question. If you take dog home try to keep quiet , perhaps in crate and give only water until nexr day.

Doxie's are prone to back problems. The steroids may help. Make sure there is plenty of water for drinking.

Use a topical Flea product like Frontline Plus for flea and tick protection. Make sure to apply to dog skin and not fur.

Do not use Ivomec Plus or any generic Ivermectin Plus as it contains chemicals that may harm your dog.
