Awww...yeah, he misses his mommy and his litter mates. Give him some time to adjust. Are you home with him during the day or does he have to stay confined then too?

How old is he? If you've only had him for 4 days, that's not very long. He was probably with his litter mates up until he went home with you and he's lonely for them now. Patience is the key. Can you put a radio in the room ...

I don't think that passing out is normal though. While moms to be may act a bit out of sorts as they become close to whelping, I would certainly take her to see the vet regarding the diarrhea and fainting.
