I wouldn't worry about it. If the center is down, it's down and should be sealed. Check on it in the morning and if it gives then I might just stick that jar in the fridge for a couple of weeks before enjoying homemade dills.

If you hear them "POP" then they've sealed. Sometimes they have to cool all the way down. If you can press the center and it comes back up, it's not sealed. I would put those in the fridge and eat them in a week or two.
