One thing I don't understand is that the vet said high fiber, low fat. Well the Hill ID only has 1.5% fiber and the Diamond Puppy has I think 3% fiber. She said I can supplement with flax to increase the fiber but I'm confused.

In the past I have used Betadine to clean it and then Preperation H to relieve the itching. It has always worked on my Saints. Good luck.
