i think the best way to stick it to them is to use less gas. conserve over the long haul, walk don't ride sometimes, bus occasionally- do things to take down demand.

good news! i'm a polyp grower myself, a few have been precancerous, so i can relate. however i have not had to had surgery, just snipped.
