Most pet stores carry kitten milk and little tiny bottles (like a doll bottle). Their tummies are so little right now, they will need several feedings a day in small amounts. I'd check with a vet to see how much/many. As far as eliminating, gent...

This is a real tuffy no matter what side you take. I live in the city and have feral cats running the neighborhood. Thank goodness I have access to a free live trap. All the neighbors know that I have the trap out 365/24/7, so they simply don't ...

I'd paper train him. He should be mostly housebroken by now, so it's going to be a little bit of work. I've done that in the past with a 6 month old that hadn't been housebroken prior to me getting him. That's the biggest reason the lady gave hi...

Sammi was crate trained when I adopted her. She loves her crate to get away and snooze. She also demands that all her toys be in her crate. I tried putting the crate away-it's big and bulky, and she's never locked in anyway. It took me 24 hours...

I agree with you 100%. No banning period - each case based on it's own merit. Just wondering, mafiaprincess, what laws are on the books in Illinois concerning exotics (poisoness snakes, large lizards, cats, spiders, monkeys, etc). The most frus...

I had a female elkhound about 25 years ago that was strictly an indoor dog in Michigan. She got an inner coat every winter. I don't know how it would compare to an outside dog, but I still had to brush like crazy. But she was well worth the extr...

Try liver instead of biscuit. Cokk for 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Leave in till cool. Break into small pieces - freezes well. Haven't met a dog yet that will refuse liver. Good luck and just take it slow.

The eye condition you're talking about is called entropian. I know this from experience. I adopted a bluetick with tearing eyes. The rescue league told me their vet had her checked out and to just flush her eyes with saline solution, she had all...
