I was born and raised in the mid-west and this phrase is used a lot. My Husband makes fun of when I say, "Dog Gone It!!!" When I really want to say a swear word instead.

She was about 7mo. old when she had a lot of hairs removed and then she went in again after she was about 16 mo. and had just a few more new ones removed. After that she didn't grow any more.
