I totally agree with gunny on this one. When my dogs lick, I smile and pet them and tell them how good they are. They like the affection, so they repeat the behavior. Simple as that.

Nicoolx2 is correct; A=absent. If you don't see anything in front of a dog's name, the dog was present but did not place.
