in my opinion you're bathing him wayyyyy to often. Try only bathing him like a handful of times a year and just wetting him down between baths to help rinse off dirt. i would also suggest using an oatmeal shampoo when you do bathe him

both of my dogs dont like the vacuum cleaner either. I decided to just ignore them when using it and not rush at them with it. over time they dont run and hide now. they just make sure they are in a different room than me.
