another way you could try is get a clicker (they are available at most pet stores) and some good smelly treats. Make sure your dog is leashed so if he keeps jumping step on the leash so he can't jump.

i think Socks dream of chasing something. Sometimes the legs are going, she muffle barks, and then the whole body gets going.
Falcor probably dreams abourt running in open fields. He loves this.

i dont agree with the feeding your dog chicken bones, raw or not. Chicken bones are definatley bad for dogs because they can choke on them.

I really hope you dont feed your dogs chicken bones Justine!

have you tried freezing the kong?? it is messy but does last a little long than the kong not being frozen

Do you have any poodles of your own?? and do you groom them yourself??

I have two male ferrets of my own. Both from the same litter. My guys do this too and its just play.

One get fed twice daily anywhere between 500 to 7am for breakfast and around 530-600 for supper the other is a free feed because he would never eat when he got his portions. it got so bad he became very skinny

its not just that breed that does that. I had a shepard/collie that did it too.

what you can do to deter them is look in your local pet stores for products that are supposed to help with this. Or
you can supervise you dog whenever...
