Have the people that are being barked at offer a treat. Over and over. Something very tiny, that he likes. No need to get him fat. Jack Russels are smart dogs that need alot of excersize too, so maybe a good walk each day, or run for that matter.

It may be too late to wash off, but if that is the only differant thing done, must be it. Try washing any residue off.
Thats what I have read to do,when you think its the topical.
We have used advantage for over 8 years no problems.
