You can find a non-papered dog of just about every breed (and then some) in shelters for about 1/10th that price. Rescues as well, many of which do have "papers".

Mayish is right. Cooked chicken bones have the marrow dried out and moisture from the bone drawn off, so they splinter and can create a world of very dangerous problems.

First of all, be very careful, If it is on fact a skink they are toxic to dogs (not sure about cats, but possibly).

If a dog eats a lizard, no problem. If a dog eats a skink, they will have to be treated by a vet for poisoning.
