I'm not saying that I don't agree that dogs need a fenced in yard, because I totally do but my question is, what's the difference between keeping them in a house to keeping them tied up outside.

Took some new videos of the pups playing in the snow in their snowsuits. Here's one before the snow got too deep. We got alomost a foot in the past two days. Now its over Albie's head! Too bad I ran out of batteries for the camera!
