Norma, tear stains are most common on white dogs, I don't think he will have stains that will be noticable. My dogs get tears both tears and what I call "eye goobers" after they sleep. I have never had a dog that did not have this at least once and...

Fostering is basically like having another dog, except it is temporary. They live with me, I treat them like my own, and eventually they are adopted. I take in special needs fosters, but rescues often need fosters for anything...puppies, adult dogs...
