My puppy also gets them once in a while. It is common in puppies, because they can tend to gulp in alot of air when they eat and drink.

To get messages, all you have to do is click on setings at the top of the screen, and that takes you to your account, scroll down and click on yes to allow privite messages, and click on save settings and that's it.
