I would DEFINITELY get a referral for an animal eye dr, an Opthamologist. Your vet will be able to give you a name or 2, and I would be able to get you a name if you wanted to private message me where in NJ you are.

even with normal activity, something is obviously a little off. Sincerely you need to have your pup see a vet and just find out what it is.
