Weim, if it's been that long and he's really not back to normal, he may need a little Metronidazole from the vet. This is "flagyl" under the new name. What kind of pup? how much does he weigh?

Perhaps some obedience classes would help??? Sounds like he is trying to be Alpha over you and that needs to be switched. Definitely bored and way too much energy as well as a little formal training to help you out. Good Luck.
