Keep washing it out with the warm water. Don't wipe on it too hard as you may cause more irritation. I would really take her to the vet too, they can give you some antibiotics and tell you exactly what is wrong with her.

I would definity contact the breeder. I breed dogs and would not be to thrilled to find out that the puppy was sold soon after being purchased without notifying me first.
