I would take her to the vet. It may be arthritis in which the vet can give you meds for that. Considering her age and breed I would also have her checked for a splenic tumor. Definitely have bloodwork done.

How long have you had her? Maybe it's just the stress of being in a new environment that causing her not to eat? What was she eating where she was living before?
