Thats completely up to you whether you take the cat or not. Since it is riendly it may even belong to someone who just lets it out during the day. Does Jimmy like the cat? Do you know if he would be good with the cat? How is the cat with Jimmy?

Whether a breeder will ship to you is up to the individual breeder themselves. You should find a breed you like and then start emailing different breeders and ask them.

What country are you from? In this country (USA) a shelter would definitely adopt to someone who had a fence and promised to never tie a dog outside in the yard but they would never adopt to a family who planned on keeping their dog outside 24/7. <...

I've seen people use a special type of glue and glue the tip of the ear to the inside of the pinna to retrain the ear to fold over. I do not know what kind of glue it is.
