Are you looking for a facility thats boards dogs or a person who boards dogs in their home? You can always ask your veterinarian for a recommendation on a reputable dog boarding facility.

Continue giving the allergy medicine until all signs of the allergic reaction are gone for 24 hours at least. Finish the whole course of antibiotics. He's not On the vitamin K anymore correct? I would follow the vets advice. It seems to be on target....

You find a good Papillion puppy by first finding a good breeder. Same as in any other breed. The best place to start is by looking up the breed clubs website and searching through their breeder directory for one in your state or close by.
