Also the only reason to get a rabies shot is if the dog is unknown or has rabies. which my dog does not have rabies.

First she wasn't tied the the porch she was in garage, but the chain was long enough to reach the steps.
This happened yesterday afternoon and the parents were not mad at all and said that their son deserved it for sneaking out of the hous...

I agree I don't think that we should have to pay the full hospital bill, they want to take the boy there because they want to get him a rabies shot. which my dog doesn't have rabies. and is actually supposed to go get all of her shots updated tomorro...

yes I do feel very bad because it was a child! She is just a lab mix, she is never aggressive either, so this came out of no where! Thanks for all the help!
