When you take him in, your vet should do a full puppy check anyway. Even though the papers say he's had shots...it doesn't hurt to do it again. There is no way of REALLY knowing if they did or not. Have him wormed also. If the vet finds anything wron...

I agree with some of the above statements...try using a pet food that is natural with no fillers. I also use the Diamond puppy food and it's fantastic!! It's about $25 for a 40 lb bag (at least it is in Arkansas)but I had the same problem with a cat....

Just to let you know...my silkie was neutered 8 years ago and he STILL humps. I don't think the humping ever subsides!!!! It's just that now he can't reproduce!!!

I've been using dawn soap for my puppies which I've heard was good...and it works....BUT, I'm afraid that bathing them often with dawn that they'll develop dry itchy skin...does anyone else have recommendations?? Any are welcome!! PLEASE!!!
