Your aunt should videotape it and take it to show the vet. Digital cameras are just great for that because you can bring it right in and show the vet with no TV required.

I have used a shock collar. It works great. The way it teaches them to respond to you is because you pair it with a voice command. The amount of "shock" is adjustable, it is not even almost like electrocuting the dog or anything. But he/she will stop...
