Put her on a really good senior diet like B/D and give her supplements like Heppato Support capsules.
If her Liver values are back to normal, I was under the impression that L/D isn't necessary? or Heppato Support for that matter.

Frankly he is at a ranking age, but really get yourself someone to come into your home and see his behavior (a behaviorist, or a trainer who is familiar with dog behavior)
Does the dog seek attention from you?How is he fed?

She kind of has a hound type of body, her face could be a diluted down Mastiff, but she does look a little like a staffy head or Pitty, but the coloring does say

If you are having the dog fixed at the same time then they can remove them at a low cost. Otherwise he is only recommending it, it doesn't mean you have to. I have seen them getting stuck or pulled off by accident, but that is rare.

Bark collars are not all the same, the shock collars can be bark induced and then there are remote ones. The shock collars are not my first pick, I would go with the spray ones. What is the dog barking at or why?
